We have searched high and low, and it appears that we have created the first of its kind, an Aged Pure Maple Balsamic, using real 100% pure maple produced at a small family farm in Vermont to infuse Balsamic Vinegar from Modena Italy. This balsamic is outrageously good! Perfect marinade for pork, salmon, oven-roasted carrots, squash or sweet potato. Drizzle over fresh fruit, and over breakfast favourites like pancakes!

All of our naturally flavoured balsamics are aged in wood barrels for up to 12 years and contain no artificial flavours, additives, colour, preservatives, thickeners or added sugar.
They are all PGI Certified to come from Modena, Italy.
