The Gravenstein apple is a hard to find varietal that is grown in pockets up the coast of Northern California and prized for its amazing ambrosia perfume, and crisp, sweet-tart cream coloured flesh. Our Gravenstein Apple balsamic vinegar is an incredible addition to soda water or reduced as a glaze for pork or chicken.
Pairs well with our Basil or Wild Fernleaf Dill Olive Oil.
All of our naturally flavoured balsamics are aged in wood barrels for up to 12 years and contain no artificial flavours, additives, colour, preservatives, thickeners or added sugar.
They are all PGI Certified to come from Modena, Italy.
