This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee extract. It makes a fantastic glaze or bar-b-que base for pork, beef or chicken. Beautiful on Italian style desserts with cream or as a glaze for roasted vegetables. Add a shot to an “affogato float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla Ice cream scoops covered with coffee.
Pairs with our Blood Orange Olive Oil or Chipotle Olive Oil.
All of our naturally flavoured balsamics are aged in wood barrels for up to 12 years and contain no artificial flavours, additives, colour, preservatives, thickeners or added sugar.
They are all PGI Certified to come from Modena, Italy.
