Our luscious Wild Blueberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar is just as amazing over garden salad as it is over fruit salad or ice cream. When paired with a delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil such as Arbequina, the intense blueberry flavour will shine. Also fantastic with our Eureka Lemon Olive Oil on a bed of spinach with toasted almonds and goat or feta cheese.

All of our naturally flavoured balsamics are aged in wood barrels for up to 12 years and contain no artificial flavours, additives, colour, preservatives, thickeners or added sugar.
