This sea salt comes from the island of Sardegna, Italy and is enriched with iodine, a necessary nutrient for thyroid health. Sea Salt is generally stronger than regular table salt, which is highly refined. A small quantity will impart a lot of flavour. This Sea Salt from Seasonello is quite fine, so you won’t need to use a salt grinder, and since it comes with a shaker lid, it is ready to use everywhere you normally use salt.
