Our Aged Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar has an intense sweet-tart flavour of the pomegranate. It is a perfect match for hearty meats like lamb and duck. It makes an exciting salad dressing whisked with your favourite olive oil, then poured over garden greens, pomegranate seeds, toasted nuts and feta cheese! Slowly simmer equal amounts of Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar and red wine until you have a rich thick finishing sauce for pork or lamb. Drizzle over poached fruits and ice cream for an elegant and easy dessert.
All of our naturally flavoured balsamics are aged in wood barrels for up to 12 years and contain no artificial flavours, additives, colour, preservatives, thickeners or added sugar.
They are all PGI Certified to come from Modena, Italy.
