Oregano White Balsamic Vinegar

This is a sharp, White Balsamic Vinegar, infused with the exquisite flavour of Oregano, to produce a classic Mediterranean flavour. It’s a perfect complement to a wide variety of oils and will create a superb vinaigrette. Whisked together with a peppery, fresh green extra virgin olive oil, such as Coratina, this herbaceous balsamic adds flavour to any Caprese salad. Try using it for Greek salads, orzo, pasta salads, marinating fish or even on tomato salad. 

Also blends beautifully with Garlic Olive Oil or Tuscan Herb Olive Oil.

All of our naturally flavoured balsamics are aged in wood barrels for up to 12 years and contain no artificial flavours, additives, colour, preservatives, thickeners or added sugar. 

They are all PGI Certified to come from Modena, Italy.
